Where We Ship:

We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping.

Please note that duties and taxes may be applicable based on your shipping country, and it is the responsibility of the customer to pay these fees. If you have any questions regarding this matter, we recommend contacting your local government.

Shipping Costs:

For customers located in Canada, local pick-up is free of charge. Shipping costs for other orders will be calculated at checkout.

For orders with a tracked parcel equal to or greater than $350.00 CAD, shipping is free of charge.

For customers located in the United States, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

For orders with a tracked parcel equal to or greater than $300.00 USD, shipping is free of charge.

Order Processing and Shipping:

Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing and shipment. Our business days are Monday through Friday. If your order has not been shipped within this timeframe, please refrain from contacting us regarding shipment status until the allotted processing and shipping period has passed.
