Return Policy for ToonTownHobbies TCG Products

Thank you for choosing ToonTownHobbies for your collectible needs. We are committed to providing you with the best possible service. Please review our return policy for TCG products below:

1. Returns:
a. Due to the collectible nature of TCG products, returns are not accepted. This policy ensures the integrity and authenticity of the collectible cards, as well as maintains fairness for all our customers.
b. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the situation and, if applicable, provide an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or store credit.

2. Pre-Orders:
a. Pre-orders for TCG products require a 10% non-refundable processing fee. This fee covers administrative costs associated with processing and reserving the pre-ordered items.
b. If you decide to cancel a pre-order before the release date of the product, the 10% processing fee will be retained, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

3. Shipping:
a. We take great care in packaging and shipping your TCG products to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. If you notice any external damage to the package upon receipt, please document it with the delivery personnel, if possible, and notify our customer service team immediately.
b. While we make every effort to prevent damage during shipping, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs during transit. However, if you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing detailed information and any relevant photographs, so that we can assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.

4. Policy Changes:
a. ToonTownHobbies reserves the right to modify this return policy without prior notice. Please review the policy each time you make a purchase.
b. Any changes to the return policy will not affect orders placed prior to the policy change, and the return policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
